As a Sourcer in the
Experienced Hire
team, you will play a critical role in building talent pipelines and uncovering exceptional candidates across "infrastructure" functions - including finance, accounting, operations, HR, recruiting, and more. You'll thrive if you enjoy being at the cutting edge of research, bringing curiosity, creativity, and persistence to every search. In this role, you will: Develop tailored sourcing strategies for niche and competitive markets. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements. Identify and engage high-caliber candidates globally, often from unconventional talent pools. Provide
market intelligence and competitor analysis
to inform hiring strategies. Contribute to a fully integrated recruiting model where sourcers, recruiters, and hiring managers collaborate seamlessly. This is not a siloed role - you'll be at the center of the hiring process, influencing outcomes and shaping the candidate experience. About you / Qualifications
4+ years of in-house sourcing experience
with proven success building pipelines for niche roles. Deep experience partnering with recruiters and hiring managers on end-to-end search strategies. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. A proactive, entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to manage multiple priorities. A collaborative, team-first approach with humility and curiosity. Discretion and professionalism in all communications. Willingness to travel occasionally for recruiting events and conferences.
