A leading healthcare organization is seeking multiple Business Financial Intelligence Analysts to join its Supply Chain Data Analytics team. These roles are focused on enabling data-driven decision-making by transforming complex data into actionable insights that support financial and operational goals. Ideal candidates will bring strong technical expertise in data visualization, financial modeling, and supply chain analytics. Base pay range
$85,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Design and deliver dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, and other tools Analyze supply chain and financial data to support savings initiatives and operational improvements Collaborate with Strategic Sourcing and business units to align analytics with organizational goals Build financial models and business cases (ROI, supplier scorecards, savings tracking) Maintain tools to track projected and realized savings and compliance Develop KPIs and reporting frameworks using Workday and other ERP systems Aggregate data from multiple systems to create cohesive reporting deliverables Identify data integrity issues and recommend remediation strategies Support ERP-based reporting and dashboard development for supply chain stakeholders Contribute to roadmap planning for data-driven initiatives Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business, or Data Analytics 5+ years of experience in business and financial intelligence reporting Strong experience with ERP systems (Lawson/INFOR, Workday preferred) Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, slicers) Proficiency in Power BI, SSRS, Tableau, and other reporting tools Experience with SQL and data warehouse concepts Familiarity with Agile and SCRUM methodologies Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Preferred
Master’s degree (MBA) with a concentration in Data Analytics Compensation
Compensation: $85,000 to $115,000. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefits
