Project Manager, Hospitality – BCV Architecture + Interiors BCV Architecture + Interiors is an award-winning design firm specializing in lifestyle and culture-oriented projects including private residences, restaurants, wineries, market halls, stores, and retail centers. BCV applies timeless, environmentally sound design to a diversity of scales, from the master planning of large projects to the design of single-family homes and custom furniture.
BCV is looking for a professional, thoughtful and self-motivated individual with strong design, technical detailing and coordination skills who is able to assume the role of a
Project Manager
for hospitality projects. The successful candidate will be a strong team player with strengths in early, presentation work, along with experience in leading construction document production. Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp and Revit is a must. 3D Max and Adobe CC is preferred.
Qualifications
Degree in Architecture from an accredited college/university
10+ years architectural office experience with a focus on hospitality projects such as restaurants, food retail and public markets
Professional licensure and LEED certification, or demonstrated path towards completion
Excellent verbal and graphic communication skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit and Adobe CC
This position is full-time and offers a competitive salary and benefits package. Benefits include paid time off, health and dental insurance, 401k and profit-sharing plans, and incentives to complete the A.R.E. and gain LEED certification.
Salary Range: $115,000–$130,000
