Senior Lease Analyst
Are you an experienced Lease Analyst looking to take the next step in your career? We're partnering with a growing real estate investment organization to add a Senior Lease Analyst to their team in Sacramento. This is a 100% in-office role with significant visibility across the business. What You'll Do: Manage and analyze commercial lease agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance Take ownership of CAM reconciliations (quarterly, year-end, and annual processes) Serve as the primary Yardi point of contact, including testing and implementing the new Smart Lease module Update rent rolls, tenant ledgers, insurance, CPI tables, and lease documentation Partner with property managers, brokers, and accounting to resolve lease and financial inquiries Manage high-volume inquiries from ownership and stakeholders with professionalism and accuracy Lead responses to tenant CAM questions and provide lease information to ownership as needed Work independently with minimal oversight while managing a portfolio of 80100 properties What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Accounting, or a related field 5+ years of commercial real estate lease administration experience Strong background in CAM reconciliations (landlord side required) Yardi proficiency with at least 3 years' hands-on experience Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivots) Ability to read and interpret complex commercial lease agreements Proven ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment Compensation: $80,000$95,000 base salary (up to $100,000 for exceptional candidates) Comprehensive benefits package Career growth potential within a well-structured, expanding organization
