Lead Generation Specialist
Snelling Staffing is hiring Lead Generation Specialist for North Canton Area. This is a Full Time position with some nights and weekends may be required to meet clients scheduling needs but not on a regular basis. Requirements: Lead Generation experience preferred but not required General knowledge of building trades Security Industry experience preferred High school Diploma / GED Valid Drivers License with clean driving record Able to learn via a combination of on the job training and self-study Strong Communication skills Duties will be: Identifying Potential Leads: Research market trends, identify target audiences, and pinpoint individuals or businesses that align with the company's ideal customer profile. Developing and Implementing Lead Generation Strategies: Create and execute marketing campaigns, utilize social media, engage in email marketing, and potentially utilize other outbound marketing techniques. Engaging with Leads: Reach out to potential customers through various channels (phone, email, social media) to build interest and nurture leads. Qualifying Leads: Assess the potential of leads to convert into customers and determine which prospects are most likely to become customers. Managing and Maintaining Lead Databases: Organize and track leads within a CRM system or other tools to ensure efficient follow-up and communication. Analyzing Data and Optimizing Campaigns: Track the performance of lead generation efforts, analyze results, and make adjustments to improve effectiveness.
