Responsibilities Conduct outbound calling to potential clients to generate leads and set appointments for the sales team. Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track interactions and manage lead information effectively. Engage in warm calling strategies to nurture relationships with prospective clients. Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts with promotional campaigns. Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to effectively communicate the value of our products and services. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the lead generation process, ensuring a positive experience for potential clients. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technology sales to effectively communicate with leads. Assist in developing strategies for business development and improving lead generation processes. Experience Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or inside sales is preferred. Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is highly desirable. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are essential for effective outreach. Experience in technical sales or technology-related industries is a plus. Demonstrated ability in negotiation and customer service excellence. A background in marketing or business development will be beneficial for this role.
