Following strong traction with leading insurers, the business is entering a new phase of growth and is now seeking a proven sales leader to build and execute its go-to-market strategy in North America. The Opportunity

We are retained to appoint a Head of Sales to drive revenue growth and expand market share. This individual will be responsible for leading enterprise sales efforts, developing new client relationships, and building a repeatable sales playbook tailored to the insurance market. Key Responsibilities

Own and deliver the company’s new business revenue targets across North America. Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for AI-driven claims and underwriting solutions. Build and lead a high-performance enterprise sales team as the business scales. Cultivate senior-level relationships with carriers, MGAs, TPAs, and brokers. Partner with the leadership team to refine positioning, pricing, and value proposition. Ensure customer feedback is captured and shared with Product and Engineering to guide innovation. Represent the company at key industry conferences, events, and client meetings. Candidate Profile

10+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, ideally with exposure to AI, analytics, or insurance technology. Strong track record selling into carriers, MGAs, and TPAs within the U.S. market. Demonstrated success closing six- and seven-figure deals in long, complex sales cycles. Prior experience building or scaling an enterprise sales team preferred. Deep understanding of the claims and underwriting landscape, with existing C-level and SVP-level relationships highly advantageous.
