Strategic Sourcing Analyst
responsible for supporting procurement across various spend categories. This role offers an opportunity for a motivated individual to become a strategic partner and trusted adviser to the business. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in data analysis, negotiation, problem solving, and communication. The position reports to the Director of Procurement. What Youll Do: Build relationships with internal stakeholders including Legal, Security, IT, FP&A, and business partners. Collaborate to understand and execute project, spend, and vendor goals. Manage renewals and engage early with business partners. Review contracts for potential risks such as payment terms and pricing. Analyze data for spend, demand, P&L impact, and benchmarking to support vendor selection and negotiations. Work with FP&A to forecast software licenses based on headcount planning. Identify savings through consolidation, restructuring, and rightsizing. Support sourcing with RFx events. Manage supplier relationships focusing on cost, quality, service, delivery, and risk. Guide on procurement processes and best practices to foster a value-driven mindset. What Were Looking For: At least 2 years of procurement experience, preferably in high-growth tech or fintech sectors. Experience with P2P systems like Zip. Ability to develop and present business cases for contracts and renewals. Effective communication across leadership levels. Creative problem-solving skills and independent work capability in a fast-paced environment. Pay Range:
