Our Partner is seeking a dynamic and visionary
Oracle EDM Manager
to lead our Enterprise Data Management (EDM) initiatives. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of data governance and transformation across our Oracle Cloud engagements. As the face of EDM, you will represent the firm at major industry events, collaborate closely with Oracles product teams, and drive innovation and excellence in client delivery. Key Responsibilities
Serve as the firms primary thought leader and evangelist for Oracle EDM, both internally and externally. Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for EDM implementation and optimization across client engagements. Lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-impact EDM solutions that align with business goals and Oracle Cloud capabilities. Client Engagement & Delivery
Oversee full lifecycle EDM implementations, including planning, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Guide clients in establishing robust data governance frameworks and master data alignment strategies. Ensure seamless integration of EDM with Oracle ERP, EPM, and analytics platforms. Partner with Oracles EDM product team to provide feedback, influence roadmap decisions, and stay ahead of emerging features. Pilot and showcase new EDM functionalities in client environments and internal labs. Industry Representation
Represent at Oracle CloudWorld and other major trade shows, conferences, and webinars. Lead speaking engagements and panel discussions, sharing insights on EDM best practices and innovations. Host client briefings and educational sessions to promote EDM capabilities. Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Finance, or related field; Masters preferred. 6+ years of experience in Oracle EDM or related data management roles. Proven success in leading Oracle EDM implementations and cross-functional teams. Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud applications, especially ERP and EPM. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience speaking at industry events. Ability to travel up to 25% for client engagements and conferences.
