Overview

We have an outstanding Contract position for a

Data Entry Administrator

to join a leading Company located in the Huntington Beach, CA surrounding area. Pay Rate: $23 - $25

US Citizenship is required. Responsibilities Perform reconciliation of charges for export/import and validate tax, duties, and other fees owed Work on a large backlog of reconciliations and will assist in getting reconciliations current Reconcile amounts debited to the company against charges from agencies Submit regular reconciliations to the finance department for payments Liaison with other compliance team members in gathering and submitting data Liaison with the finance team for reports to align with debits Various duties as needed regarding portals, emails, and support of the compliance team

Basic Hiring Criteria

High School diploma or equivalent Minimum 1 year of experience in an office environment Computer Skills: Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and Word Preferred Skills: Detail-oriented, comfortable with Microsoft Excel Level: Entry-level position within job role
