Marketing Manager II
Pay: $52.00 $62.00 per hour DOE Job Summary The Product Marketing Management team ensures that the marketing, advertising, and creative tactics for client products and services are aligned to meet the goals of the organizations we support. The Marketing Manager will own the planning and execution of select programs while also providing support across additional lines of business. Working closely with senior marketing managers to coordinate deliverables, timelines, and campaign activities. The position offers a mix of independent ownership and collaborative support, giving the Marketing Manager the opportunity to lead initiatives while gaining experience across the portfolio of products and services by supporting senior marketing managers with broader initiatives. It is well suited for a marketing professional who is ready to manage programs directly, while also building skills and contributing as part of a larger team. Responsibilities Partner with product owners to translate business objectives into measurable marketing goals. Own the development and execution of the annual marketing plan for assigned programs. Plan, develop, and execute annual multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with program strategy, goals, and timelines. Develop creative briefs, coordinate with internal and external partners, and manage campaign deliverables. Collaborate across internal and external stakeholders to identify and prioritize marketing strategies, messaging, channel mix, and media opportunities, leading multiple initiatives and campaigns simultaneously. Monitor, track, and present insights on key campaign metrics and analytics to measure success and optimize performance. Collaborate with senior marketing managers to provide support on portfolio-wide initiatives and cross-business campaigns. Support marketing operations and shared initiatives that enhance overall portfolio performance. Work closely with stakeholders across regulatory affairs, program management, customer services, corporate communications, legal, and vendor partners to ensure alignment and compliance. Ensure quality assurance and compliance across all outbound marketing, protecting customer data and adhering to best practices. Manage marketing budgets to ensure all marketing initiatives are delivered within established budget parameters. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree. In addition, minimum 3 years related work experience developing and executing marketing strategies. Proven ability to partner directly with product owners or other cross-functional stakeholders to develop marketing plans and strategies. Experience developing and executing campaigns across multiple channels. Strong organizational and collaboration skills with the ability to both lead and support multiple initiatives simultaneously. Strong written and oral communication skills. Desired Qualifications Familiarity with clean energy, renewable energy programs, or residential utility customer offers. Project management experience.
