Position Summary Delivers Employee & Labor Relations (ELR) services for assigned areas, supporting communication, training, enforcement, investigation, and remediation of policies. Builds collaborative relationships with HR leadership, HRBP, HRC, and CoE teams to implement strategic ELR initiatives. Provides consultation to campus and Medical Center leadership on employment-related matters, including investigations and employee complaints. Analyzes policies, collective bargaining agreements, and employment laws to ensure compliance and strategic guidance. Designs and conducts employee training to support ELR and organizational effectiveness. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 4 years of relevant experience; 4-8 years preferred.
