The Sr. Analyst, Business Intelligence plays a key role in supporting digital product teams by providing actionable insights derived from web analytics data. This position is responsible for measuring and analyzing digital performance, including user journeys, funnel conversions, and content engagement, to inform and guide optimization strategies. The analyst builds and maintains dashboards, reporting frameworks, and event tracking solutions to uncover critical insights that drive enhancements in user experience. By translating complex behavioral data into clear, data-driven recommendations, this role enables product, UX, and marketing teams to make informed decisions. The Sr. Analyst also collaborates closely with cross-functional partners-including engineering, QA, and Product Managers-to ensure analytics are aligned with business goals across the entire digital ecosystem. Responsibilities: Partner with product teams to define digital KPIs, conversion goals, and behavioral tracking requirements across web and app platforms. Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks using Adobe Analytics and complementary tools (e.g., Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Power BI) to monitor user engagement and conversion performance. Conduct deep-dive analyses on web traffic trends, user segmentation, acquisition funnels, A/B test outcomes, and site optimization opportunities. Collaborate with data engineers, tag implementation teams, and developers to ensure proper tagging via Adobe Launch (or similar platform) and reliable data collection. Deliver ad hoc insights and performance readouts to inform campaign strategy, digital experimentation, and product enhancements. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Business, Statistics or similar degree (Required) 4-7 years Experience with business intelligence tools 4-7 years Experience in reporting & analyzing performance & data visualization (Tableau, Power BI) Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics, understanding of dimensions, metrics, segments, and calculated metrics. Knowledge of digital data layers, tagging strategies, and tools like Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager, and/or Tealium. Proficiency with Excel, SQL, and visualization platforms like Power BI or Tableau. Familiarity with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics or Google Analytics 4 is a plus. Ability to clearly convey complex findings to stakeholders in product, UX, and marketing. Comfortable working with developers, product managers, engineers, and QA to align analytics with business objectives. Detail-oriented with a proactive, hypothesis-driven approach to identifying user behavior patterns and digital improvement areas. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus.
