Personal Lines Account Manager
to join a small, independent insurance agency. Compensation Package Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 annually Competitive benefits package, paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc. Responsibilities Manage a book of business. Handle renewals, quoting, cross-selling, and policy changes. Provide exceptional client service, including Certificates of Insurance (COI) and addressing client inquiries. Collaborate with carriers such as Mercury and Travelers. Utilize Epic software for account management. Support the agency's growth by maintaining strong client relationships and identifying opportunities for additional coverage. Qualifications/Requirements Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license in California. Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in personal lines insurance. Familiarity with carriers such as Mercury and Travelers. Experience with Epic software is a plus. Skills: Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work efficiently in a hybrid environment.
