We are seeking a talented Software Engineer to join our Platform team to drive system automation, enhance security, ensure reliability, improve performance, and achieve cost optimization across applications and infrastructure. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and maintain scalable solutions that support the Centracs Mobility product. Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using C# (.NET) for backend and Angular for frontend. Collaborate with product owners, designers, and other engineers to gather requirements and deliver high-performing software. Ensure code quality through best practices, including code reviews, testing, and adherence to development standards. Optimize application performance, scalability, and maintainability. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including architecture, design, development, deployment, and monitoring. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of full stack development with C# (.NET) and Angular with TypeScript. Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and backend development with .NET Core or .NET Framework. Strong understanding of Unit Testing and Dependency Injection. Proficiency in front-end development, including HTML, CSS, TypeScript, and responsive design principles. Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and CI/CD pipelines. Solid understanding of software design patterns, architecture principles, and security best practices. Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for building user-centric applications. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Compensation & Benefits
The base pay range for this full-time exempt position is $54,000 - $80,000 per year plus benefits. Pay ranges are determined by factors including role, experience, and location. The displayed pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire base pay rates for this position. Actual compensation is determined by location, skills, experience, and education or training. Benefits include: weekly pay, weekly PTO accrual, paid holidays; medical plans, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, direct deposit; basic life, LTD, 401k discretionary match; other voluntary benefits including identity theft protection.
