Position Overview:
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our healthcare technology team, working on a comprehensive patient access platform. You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining both backend services and frontend applications that streamline healthcare workflows. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain C#/.NET backend services using Clean Architecture principles Build responsive, user-friendly Angular applications for healthcare professionals Implement domain-driven design patterns and CQRS/MediatR architectures Deploy and manage applications on Azure cloud infrastructure Work with MongoDB for data persistence and optimization Collaborate with healthcare domain experts to translate requirements into technical solutions Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality standards Required Skills: C#/.NET (Primary):
5+ years experience with .NET Core/5+, Entity Framework, dependency injection, and modern C# features Angular (Secondary):
3+ years with Angular 10+, TypeScript, RxJS, and component-based architecture Azure (Tertiary):
Experience with Azure App Services, Functions, Key Vault, and DevOps pipelines MongoDB (Supporting):
Basic understanding of NoSQL databases and document modeling Technical Requirements: Strong understanding of Clean Architecture and Domain-Driven Design Experience with CQRS pattern and MediatR library Knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation Familiarity with authentication/authorization (Auth0 preferred) Understanding of healthcare data compliance (HIPAA knowledge a plus) Version control with Git and collaborative development workflows Preferred Qualifications: Healthcare industry experience Experience with SignalR for real-time applications Understanding of microservices architecture Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD experience Experience Level:
