**VIRTUAL INTERVIEW W/ SUPERVISOR REQUIRED BEFORE PLACED ON SCHEDULE
Ability to commit to FT schedule:
Sunday (Saturday night): 12am-3am
Sunday evening: 10pm-3am
Monday: 8pm-3am
Wednesday (Tuesday night): 12am-3am
Wednesday evening: 10pm-3am
Friday (Thursday night): 12am-3am
Saturday (Friday night): 12am-4am
Note: Workers can be sent home without pay if they cannot fulfill the requirements listed below: Ability to lead a team Ability to correct bad behaviors Ability enforce Safety & Operations policies Flexible with Scheduling Excellent Communication skills Computer Skills
Must be AVAILABLE for Overtime based off business needs / Pending approval from management Shift can end earlier than schedule time, worker will be sent home once the work is done Able to perform all sort associate functions which includes: UNLOADING: Unloads packages from pallets and moves onto Main Belt SCANNER: Scans packages on Main belt; places printed Sort label onto package TRANSFER TABLE: Transfer packages on conveyor to correct pod locations , SORTING: Moves packages from conveyor belt and places onto final pallet location RECEIVER: Unloads pallets from trailer and moves to Main conveyor belt for Unloaders - Post BOL's in the slack channel ( Must be forklift certified) QUALITY AUDITOR: Checks the product on the right pallet in the right location by scanning the box STAGE: Stage routes to front of warehouse for OB team
In addition: Must be able to lift up to 50 IBS. Forklift certified to operate forklift NO personal conversations on phones during shifts only on breaks and lunch times, Phones must be put away unless being used for daily work duties. No social media steaming at any time Must be flexible to positions and shift times.
** Please note that bags and backpacks are not allowed, please only use a clear bag we have lockers so please bring your own lock to use the locker if you do not have an assigned locker. Workers can be subjected to be searched before leaving the site*** ***General Requirements*** Forklift When working in a Forklift Position through Bluecrew, you may be expected to do any and all of the following: Independently operate a seated, stand-up, or cherry picker-type lift, depending on the position based on best safety practices and supervisor direction. Operating machinery or other light equipment as trained in a safe and responsible manner Loading and unloading inventory in a safe and responsible manner Working on your feet at a fast pace for the entirety of the shift Comfortable working in an environment where there are forklifts, machinery, large trucks, and other standard or sub-standard warehouse equipment There may be a specific dress code, but if it is not listed, please make sure to wear close-toed shoes and pants. Some jobs may require safety (steel-toed) boots If you have your certification, please be sure to bring it with you
