We are seeking a results-oriented Manager or Senior Manager to lead strategy engagements in the Industrial, Automotive, and Aerospace & Defense sectors. This individual will own the delivery of complex workstreams or full projects, lead client relationships, and guide teams in developing actionable solutions that drive measurable impact. You will be at the intersection of strategy, digital innovation, and operational transformationcontributing to business growth and practice leadership. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic projects, ensuring high-quality outputs, team coordination, and measurable business outcomes. Shape solutions in areas such as Supply Chain, Sourcing & Procurement, Operating Model, Cost Transformation, and Growth Strategy. Leverage and embed GenAI-enabled services into project delivery. Act as the primary client contact, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and ensuring alignment throughout the engagement. Team & Practice Development: Lead and mentor junior team members, creating an inclusive and high-performing team culture. Drive practice-building efforts including recruiting, training, capability development, and thought leadership. Identify and codify best practices to enhance internal delivery assets and accelerators. Business Development: Support go-to-market activities and co-develop proposals, pitch decks, and account strategies in partnership with senior leaders. Identify and nurture new opportunities within accounts and help expand the firm's footprint across priority clients. Up to 80% travel is expected as needed to meet client needs. Required Qualifications: Basic Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience at a Consulting Firm or in a Corporate Strategy role with deep industry experience in Industrials, Automotive, or Aerospace & Defense and functional depth in two or more areas: Supply Chain Strategy & Transformation Sourcing & Procurement Optimization Cost Reduction / Value Creation Operating Model & Org Design Growth Strategy Bachelor's Degree Preferred: MBA degree Familiarity with and ability to apply GenAI tools and platforms within strategic engagements. Proven track record of building and sustaining client relationships. Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills. Bias for action, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver outcomes. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for industrial innovation.
