Responsibilities Serving and selling to our customers, while providing a best in class customer experience and building loyalty Consistently leverages digital tools in interactions and onboarding Completes training on in-store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources Makes the most of their time on shift, consistently seeking out information between customers, learning about innovations in wireless and technology Partners with T-Mobile employees across channels, including business and customer service

Education and Work Experience

High School Diploma/GED (Required) 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Customer: Satisfaction; passionate customer advocate with the desire to connect with customers and balance customer experience with performance goals (Required) Team Building: Desire to be part of the store team, willing to work with peers and leaders, learning and sharing best practices while serving customers Retail Sales: Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment (Required)

Compensation

Hourly Base Pay: $20.00 Annualized Incentive Target: $9,360

Successful candidate's actual incentive earnings vary based on performance and full-time status. All employees at T-Mobile are guaranteed to earn $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives. And since we are ALL owners, EVERY employee at T-Mobile is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant. Benefits
