Ui/Ux Developer
One of Insight Global's government clients is seeking a UI/UX Developer with a strong background in wireframing, prototyping, and user-centered design to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering intuitive and engaging digital experiences, backed by a portfolio that showcases their design thinking and process. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams. Responsibilities: Design and implement user interfaces and experiences across several platforms. Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts. Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions. Collaborate with various stakeholders to define and refine user requirements. Maintain and evolve design systems and UI standards. Present design ideas and concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design. Compensation: $60/hr to $70/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
