Join our Amwins Brokerage team in Dallas, TX as an Associate Broker! This position is in-office. None of our positions are commission-based or involve cold calling. Key responsibilities include: Review submission information to issue new or renewal quotes Analyze submissions and select appropriate markets Determine coverage needs and develop proposals Handle inspection recommendations and discrepancies Build relationships with agency and underwriter partners Respond to calls/requests regarding issues, delays, or discrepancies, providing resolutions Supervise or delegate endorsement requests, applications, forms, and certificates Monitor reports for consistency Potentially oversee technical staff and assist in training Develop some sources of business Qualifications: 1+ years of insurance industry experience or 2-3 years in accounting, finance, or consulting Ability to develop relationships internally and externally Problem-solving skills Organizational skills and willingness to take on challenges High accuracy and attention to detail What we offer: Competitive salary based on experience Benefits available from first day Paternal Leave, Adoption Assistance, Travel Reimbursement, Retail Discounts, Scholarships for dependents Generous Paid Time Off and Holidays Collaborative and education-focused work environment This description is general and not exhaustive.
