About the Opportunity:

I’m partnering with a well-established commercial general contractor with a strong pipeline of work in Ohio, including retail, federal, dealership, and multi-family projects. They are looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to manage projects in Hilliard and ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery.

Role Highlights:

• Oversee day-to-day field operations on multiple commercial projects.
• Manage subcontractors, coordinate schedules, and ensure adherence to project plans.
• Maintain safety and quality standards on site.
• Collaborate with project managers and preconstruction teams to support project goals.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and productivity to drive project success.
• Serve as the primary on-site contact for clients and stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements:

• 5+ years as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Proven experience managing projects ranging from $3M–$15M.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and building codes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.) is a plus.
