Map end-to-end customer journeys, identifying breakdowns and implications for customers and the business
Create executive-ready narratives, presentations, and artifacts to drive clarity and action
Lead discussions across Product, Marketing, and Go-To-Market teams to ensure understanding of tradeoffs and risks
Analyze both quantitative and qualitative data to size and prioritize opportunities
Track post-launch performance and hold teams accountable for addressing customer friction
What is Required
5+ years of experience in product management, strategy, or product marketing, ideally within consumer software
Proven ability to manage through ambiguity and assess tradeoffs with imperfect data
Strong experience in producing executive-facing narratives and presentations
Excellent collaboration skills with a track record of aligning diverse stakeholders
Familiarity with creative/design tools and workflows is a plus
How to Stand Out
MBA preferred or equivalent practical experience
Experience in diagnosing customer journeys and facilitating cross-functional alignment
