Responsibilities

Lead product strategy and execution for AI/ML-powered tools across the insurance product lifecycle, including underwriting, policy administration, claims, and risk management

Partner with clients, sales, and service teams to identify opportunities, gather feedback, and shape the product roadmap

Present product concepts and roadmaps to internal stakeholders and external clients, including at the executive level

Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and user stories, collaborating closely with engineering and data teams

Drive product development from ideation to launch, ensuring quality and timely delivery

Qualifications

8+ years of product management experience, ideally in a SaaS or startup environment

Direct experience in the group and individual insurance industry

Proven track record leading product implementations from concept to launch

Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear, actionable concepts

Ability to confidently engage with engineering and data teams; fluency in technical discussions

Preferred Qualifications

Working knowledge of AI/ML, data pipelines, software architecture, or tools like Python

Experience working in Confluence and Jira to facilitate a disciplined product development process

A creative, collaborative mindset with the confidence to share your point of view and navigate differing opinions
