Overview

Planned Parenthood Great Northwest, Hawaii, Alaska, Indiana, Kentucky (PPGNHAIK) is seeking a Chief Human Resources and Equity Officer (CHREO) to collaborate with the CEO and Executive Team to implement the organization’s strategic plan and annual goals. The CHREO is responsible for Human Resources management, Organizational Development, and Equity work for the organization and two ancillary organizations. Working with the Executive Team and senior leadership, the CHREO prepares strategic plans, integrates the organization’s core values into the culture, promotes an equitable and inclusive workforce, and ensures lawful employment practices and positive employee relations. The CHREO leads and manages all Human Resources, Organizational Development, and Equity functions including, but not limited to, talent acquisition and onboarding of employees and volunteers, HRIS and payroll, job design and compensation, benefits strategy and administration, employee and volunteer relations, union negotiations and performance management, and leadership development. Responsibilities

Collaborate with the CEO and Executive Team to implement the strategic plan and annual goals. Lead and manage Human Resources, Organizational Development, and Equity functions across the organization and two ancillary organizations. Oversee talent acquisition and onboarding for employees and volunteers, HRIS and payroll, job design and compensation, and benefit strategy and administration. Manage employee and volunteer relations, union negotiations, performance management, and leadership development. Ensure equitable and inclusive workforce practices and lawful employment. Qualifications

Minimum of seven years of experience in full-scope human resource management, with experience at the Director or VP level or higher. Deep experience leading comprehensive HR functions within large, multi-site organizations, ideally in healthcare. Demonstrated ability to provide strategic direction. Minimum of five years’ experience supervising staff. PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP required. Compensation and Equal Opportunity

Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience. The salary range for this role is
