Cash Applications Specialist

We're supporting a long-term partner on a direct hire search for a Cash Applications Specialist. This role is ideal for someone who's comfortable working behind the scenes to keep financial records clean and accurate. What you'll be doing: Applying incoming payments to customer accounts Investigating and resolving payment mismatches Preparing deposits and reconciling bank activity Collaborating with internal teams to keep records aligned Supporting reporting and analysis related to cash activity What we're looking for: 4-8+ years of AR experience, ideally focused on cash apps Strong collaborator with internal colleagues to help maintain high volume and accuracy Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems (Sage, Dynamics, etc) Self starter who has a strong eye for detail even when processing at a high volume Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
