$25 - $27 / Hour San Diego, California Permanent Accounting & Finance Responsibilities of this Direct Hire AP Specialist Include: Full cycle accounts payable processing Compile and maintain accounts payable records Match payables to the general ledger Generate, process, and distribute checks Ensure clients are paid accurately and on time Reconcile and correct any discrepancies Notify appropriate parties of any accounting irregularities Create monthly reports Minimum Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in an accounts payable and ability to handle high volume Good verbal and written communication skills and able to act as a liaison Reliable and able to work under minimal supervision Able to work in a fast-paced high volume environment Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, and 401K plan.
