Shipping/Receiving Clerk
The Receiving Clerk position involves matching purchase orders against products physically received, counting, and labeling them to designate them to the appropriate site. Each item received must be scanned into a container, such as a pallet, to ensure timely shipping. This role requires the use of a pallet jack or forklift to move products and involves data entry tasks like recording inventory and part numbers. Responsibilities: Match purchase orders against physically received products. Count and label products for site designation. Scan items into containers for shipping. Use pallet jack or forklift to move products. Enter inventory and part numbers into the computer system. Essential Skills: 2+ years of shipping and/or receiving experience. Strong computer skills. High attention to detail and counting ability. Experience with forklift and pallet jack operation. Competence in data entry, inventory control, and problem-solving. Additional Skills & Qualifications: Intermediate computer skills. Experience with RF scanners, cycle counts, and order picking. Knowledge of packaging, packing, labeling, and loading.
