We are seeking an organized and proactive Office Clerk to join our team as soon as possible. This position is vital for ensuring our office operations run smoothly and efficiently. As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that support the overall functioning of our administrative department. Key Responsibilities
Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate personnel. Managing and organizing physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval of documents. Preparing and processing invoices, expense reports, and other financial documentation. Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages in a timely manner. Assisting with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for team members. Collecting and entering data into spreadsheets and databases with high accuracy. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus. Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple tasks. Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
