We are searching for a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our administrative team. This role is essential in ensuring our office operations run smoothly and efficiently. The Office Clerk will be responsible for a variety of clerical tasks that include data entry, record keeping, and assisting with daily office operations. Key Responsibilities Perform general office tasks including data entry, filing, and photocopying. Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as needed. Maintain and manage office supplies, ensuring all necessary materials are stocked. Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff. Provide support in preparing reports and presentations as required. Communicate with clients and vendors, addressing inquiries and providing assistance. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus. Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar role is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work.
