Addison Group is supporting a high-priority healthcare call center initiative in San Antonio, TX. This is a 6-month contract opportunity with potential extension. The ideal candidate has both high-volume call center experience and an understanding of medical terminology and HIPAA guidelines. Position Overview: Manage high-volume inbound calls related to healthcare services and scheduling. Provide accurate information and support to patients. Document interactions and escalate issues as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure service excellence. Qualifications: 25 years of call center or customer service experience. Healthcare experience strongly preferred. Ability to speak confidently about healthcare-related topics. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Must pass a background check (approx. 2-week clearance time). Additional Details: Start Dates: ASAP Training: 3 weeks (2 weeks classroom, 1 week on the floor), schedule Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Work schedule: Monday-Friday 11am-8pm after completing training Overtime policy: may require weekly overtime + voluntary opportunities Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
