Position Overview: Communiboost We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the front-line representative for our company, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Salary Range: $21.50 - $30.00 per hour Location: Akron, OH Key Responsibilities

Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a friendly and professional manner. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently to ensure satisfaction. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database. Provide product information and recommendations to customers based on their needs. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and ensure service consistency. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or a related field is a plus. Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in high-pressure situations. Proficient in using computer systems and customer service software, with a willingness to learn new tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a strong work ethic.
