Location: Lewisville, TX Work Schedule: Monday
Friday, 9:00 AM
6:00 PM Type of Employment: 6-Month Contract Compensation: $22/hour Industry: Administrative Support Benefits: This position may be eligible for dental, vision, health insurance, and 401K Job Description: Addison Group is working with our client to hire an Administrative Support Specialist for a contract role. This individual will be responsible for handling a high volume of customer inquiries and supporting title release processes. The ideal candidate is dependable, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced office environment. Key Responsibilities:
Respond to a high volume of inbound customer calls and provide accurate information related to account status Generate payoff quotes, invoices, and related customer documentation Manage title and lien release processes and coordinate with internal teams as needed Assist customers with online registration and account setup Maintain and update records, reports, and customer files Follow up with customers regarding inquiries or required documentation Support the front desk or other administrative areas as needed Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role Comfortable handling 50+ calls per day in a professional environment Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Willingness to learn new tasks and take on additional responsibilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
