Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Addison Group is seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Customer Service Representative to support our client in the Lewisville area. This is a great opportunity for individuals with strong phone communication skills and a desire to take on growing responsibilities within a fast-paced office setting. This role will be responsible for managing a high volume of inbound customer calls, assisting with account inquiries, processing payments, and handling title-related documentation. A professional demeanor, reliability, and willingness to learn are essential. Key responsibilities include: Handling a high volume of incoming calls and assisting customers with account-related inquiries. Providing detailed documentation such as payoff quotes, final invoices, and title release packets. Assisting with lien releases and ensuring accurate information is provided to customers and internal teams. Guiding customers through online processes such as account registration. Updating and maintaining internal logs and reports as needed. Helping with toll violation tracking for lease customers. Collaborating with internal departments to support administrative processes. Occasionally assisting with front desk coverage and additional administrative support tasks. Qualifications: 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced, phone-heavy environment.
