We are looking for a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Los Angeles, California. In this role, you will support daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflows and assisting with various administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong organizational mindset and at least two years of relevant experience. Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee office reopening activities, ensuring all resources and processes are in place. Manage employee access and badge distribution, maintaining accurate records. Communicate with vendors to schedule services and address inquiries. Provide event support, including planning, setup, and coordination. Perform receptionist duties such as greeting visitors and managing inbound calls. Handle document scanning and organization to maintain digital records. Assist with general clerical tasks, including data entry and filing. Respond to office-related inquiries and provide administrative support to team members. Ensure the office environment remains clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies. Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proficiency in handling receptionist duties, including answering calls and greeting visitors. Familiarity with document scanning and maintaining digital records. Excellent communication skills for interacting with vendors and team members. Attention to detail and the ability to perform clerical tasks with accuracy. Basic knowledge of office equipment and supplies management. A proactive and adaptable mindset to handle dynamic office needs.
