Payroll Specialist
RH is seeking a Payroll Specialist who will provide support with administering specialized payroll functions such as producing biweekly payroll, on-demand checks, and compensation adjustments. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and detail-oriented. Your Responsibilities
Manage daily requirements for final pay and adjustments for off-cycle check process Input updates to federal and state tax withholding forms, direct deposit enrollments, and wage garnishments received from HR and third-party agencies Participate in the testing and development of enhanced internal controls inclusive of Sarbanes-Oxley 404 and post-audit reviews Undertake and execute specialized initiatives and assignments as delegated Our Requirements
3+ years of payroll processing experience in a large organization (5,000+ employees) across multiple states Payroll system knowledge, Excel skills, Gmail email management, business English skills, and experience using UKG Pro and/or Dayforce Recognize the importance of handling highly confidential information, and must have excellent judgment and organization skills Understanding of payroll-related regulations (wage and hour laws, IRS rules regarding supplemental wages, legal guidelines for wage garnishments, etc.) Meet deadlines with the ability to multi-task and be effective in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Experience in a retail payroll environment is preferred
