Office Administrator/Marketing Coordinator
We are looking for a versatile Office Administrator/Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This hybrid role blends operational and marketing responsibilitiessupporting sales order processing and customer service while also driving marketing initiatives to grow our companys visibility and lead generation. You will manage daily office and customer support functions, while also creating content, coordinating campaigns, and supporting the sales team with marketing tools and resources. Coordinate with sales personnel to enter accurate sales order information Manage the release of sales orders/picks to the warehouse. Process and arrange shipments for sales orders. Communicate with customers to resolve issues and provide order status updates. Marketing & Content Creation Write, design, and edit content for blog posts, website pages, email newsletters, and social media. Build email sequences, manage contact lists, and analyze campaign performance. Assist in lead generation by optimizing forms, landing pages, and digital resources. Coordinate and edit product photography and visual content for digital use. Manage website updates and collaborate with vendors for product and content accuracy. Support cross-functional teams (sales and operations) to source technical details, product updates, and testimonials. Track KPIs and prepare reports to evaluate campaign and lead gen success. Minimum Requirements Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams). At least 2 years of direct experience in: Warehouse distribution environment ERP, MRP, WMS, or TMS systems Coordinating domestic shipments At least 1 year of direct experience with import/export shipments and related documentation Positive attitude, strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and commitment to completing tasks correctly Preferences Direct experience with Fishbowl inventory management system. Bilingual (English and Spanish)
