RMA Clerk | Sparks, NV
Nexeo HR is hiring an organized and detail-oriented RMA Clerk in Sparks, NV. This role is key to supporting return materials authorization (RMA) processes, managing spare parts inventory, and handling shipping and receiving with accuracy. Responsibilities Pick up, move, and team-lift parts from drop zones (up to 100 lbs, both palletized and individual parts). Verify, separate, and label parts using barcodes, including small-print labels. Perform daily and monthly cycle counts, update spreadsheets, and escalate discrepancies. Follow inbound/outbound operations procedures while maintaining accurate documentation. Place orders for packaging materials and track supply levels. Prepare BOLs (Bills of Lading) and follow SOP documentation requirements. Monitor and resolve tickets for special customer requests such as international shipments or material movements. Operate pallet jacks and other basic material handling equipment safely. Enter and manage data in Excel, Word, Google Sheets, and related systems. Communicate effectively with leadership, peers, and customers. Cross-train and support other departments as needed. Maintain compliance with safety standards and keep the work area clean and organized.
Qualifications 12 years of warehouse, RMA, shipping/receiving, inventory, or clerical support experience preferred. Strong data entry skills with accuracy and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable lifting up to 100 lbs (team lifts) and working on your feet for extended periods. Reliable transportation to and from Sparks, NV (USA Pkwy area). Must pass a background check and drug screening.
Pay $25.00 per hour
Schedule Full-time | MondayFriday | 6:30 AM
3:00 PM Must be willing to work overtime on weekdays and Saturdays as needed
