Our group homes, emergency shelters, and transitional living centers provide housing, food, and overnight lodging for varying amounts of time to destitute families, the homeless, the displaced, and to youth where family care is undesirable or unavailable. The Seasonal Office Assistant will provide assistance with activities supporting the annual Kettle Campaign. This position works closely with the Volunteer and Special Events Coordinator, Business Administrator and Part-time Seasonal Office Assistants. About the Role
Respond to inquiries related to bell-ringing Check kettles in and out to bell-ringers Data entry Prepare bell-ringing schedules Answer telephone and route calls Assist visitors; receive donations and provide receipts Provide assistance for other seasonal activities as needed and time allows Education: High School Diploma or GED Experience: Prior experience working in an office environment is helpful.
