Base pay range


$45,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr



Legal Administrative Assistant - Tax, Trusts, and Estates


Brown & Streza, LLP is seeking an experienced administrative assistant to assist and support Attorneys and Paralegals in the Tax, Trusts, and Estates department. This position involves exceptional customer service, time management skills, project and deadline tracking, ability to work under pressure in a high-paced environment, and extreme attention to detail.



Responsibilities



  • Heavy calendaring for attorneys

  • Coordinate with other departments to confirm appointments

  • Communicate with clients by phone and email

  • Create and maintain database records

  • Prepare routine correspondence

  • Project management

  • Document management



Qualifications


Required:



  • Minimum 2 years of experience working as an administrative assistant or legal secretary

  • Excellent administrative, verbal and written communication skills

  • Exceptional customer service

  • Strong time management and organizational skills

  • Accurate typing and prior exposure to Microsoft Office programs

  • Ability to operate computers, photocopiers/scanners, and fax machines



Preferred:



  • 3 years of experience working as an executive assistant, administrative assistant or legal secretary in a law firm setting

  • Advanced project management skills

  • Experience working with document management and CRM systems



Physical Requirements



  • Frequent standing and walking

  • Sitting for up to four hours at a time

  • Bending and stooping as needed

Schedule



  • 38-hour work week – ½ day Fridays

  • On-site position (this role could be hybrid eligible after 6 months of employment)
