Customer Service Representative
Answer incoming phone calls and take appropriate action as required. Process customer service requests, bill payments, transfer services, and customer updates. Investigate high water bill complaints and resolve, schedule inspections, and follow up as needed. Assist with data entry and maintaining office records and correspondence. The ideal candidate is passionate about providing excellent customer service. Has excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Has the ability to problem-solve and multi-task. Is proficient in the use of standard office software. Has prior call center and/or data entry experience.
