Call Center Agent
Singnala is looking for a dedicated Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in delivering excellent service and support. In this role, you will handle incoming calls, address customer inquiries, and resolve issues while fostering positive relationships with our clients. Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls efficiently and effectively, providing top-tier customer support. Assist customers with a variety of inquiries, including product information, billing questions, and technical support. Document interactions accurately in the customer management system to maintain complete records of communication. Resolve customer complaints and issues, following company policies and procedures for conflict resolution. Collaborate with team members and departments to ensure issues are addressed promptly and efficiently. Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of inquiries or issues. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or training in customer service is a plus. Proven experience in a call center or customer service role. Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly tone. Ability to listen actively and empathize with customer concerns. Proficiency in using computer systems and various software applications. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. Benefits
