In this crucial role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with top-notch service and support. You will handle a variety of inquiries, assisting customers with their needs and ensuring their experience with our company is positive and memorable. Job: On site Location: Minneapolis, MN Pay Range: $950- $1150 per week. Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products and services Resolve customer issues and complaints with patience and empathy Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the database Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and they are satisfied Meet and exceed individual and team performance metrics Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred Proven experience in a call center or customer service role Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet Familiarity with CRM systems and practices Ability to handle high-stress situations with professionalism Benefits
