Accounts Receivable Supervisor
The Accounts Receivable Supervisor will manage the accounts receivable team, driving deduction management and handling account collections. This role involves preparing various financial reports and analysis, including bad debt analysis, and implementing improvement efforts for DRO/DSO. Responsibilities: Manage the accounts receivable team and its responsibilities. Drive accounts receivable deduction management. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports and forecasts. Manage all account collections and handle escalations as needed. Prepare and analyze bad debt reports. Manage DRO/DSO and implement improvement strategies. Create and distribute all accounts receivable reports. Essential Skills: Experience in accounts receivable and credit management. Supervisory experience, such as team lead roles. Experience with accounts receivable reconciliation and forecasting. Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables. Experience with B2B accounts receivable and handling chargebacks/deductions. Additional Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. Experience with SAP and mid-large ERP systems preferred. Experience in the manufacturing industry preferred. Work Environment: This position is based on-site at headquarters with a business casual dress code. There is a hybrid schedule with four days in the office, and training will be conducted fully in the office. Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tampa, Florida. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $36.06 - $36.06/hr.
