Fulfillment Specialist
As a Fulfillment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of prescriptions to customers. You will be responsible for receiving, scanning, picking, packing, auditing, and shipping prescriptions. Your attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards will be essential in this role. Responsibilities: Receive, scan, pick, pack, audit, and ship prescriptions to customers. Track all inbound and outbound items using radio frequency (RF) scanning to ensure accountability in inventory. Verify orders and enter them into the inventory management system. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, ensuring all areas of the Fulfillment Center are orderly and free of debris. Meet quality standards set by management. Sort and package prescriptions into totes, scanning them in and out, and placing them on grab rollers. Prepare shipping paperwork, seal totes, wrap pallets, and load them onto trucks. Pack prescriptions and label them accurately. Use manual pallet jacks as needed. Essential Skills: Experience with RF scanners, packaging, and packing. Proficiency in using manual pallet jacks. Ability to label items and perform computer data entry. Strong inventory tracking skills and attention to detail. Capacity to stand for 8 hours. Additional Skills & Qualifications: Ability to work on your feet for 8 hours, involving lifting, moving, and repetitive motion. Willingness to learn and ask questions. Why Work Here?
