Treatment Coordinator
We're expanding! Join our team in St. Paul as a full-time Treatment Coordinator! Our new beautiful, state-of-the-art dental clinic will open for patient care on July 9th. This position serves a critical role in the clinic as they help patients understand the cost of recommended treatment and makes appropriate financial arrangements with patients. Community Dental Care is Minnesota's largest provider of comprehensive dental care for people of all ages on public programs. We operate five clinics across the state, including the Twin Cities, Rochester and Buffalo. Responsibilities Review schedule daily for patient financial obligations Verify all patients' insurance
state and commercial Collect payments and/or copays from patients Receive overflow calls from scheduling coordinators Receive and return calls from patients pertaining to financial quotes for treatment plans Schedule patient appointments as needed Answer patient questions regarding billing and payment options Process application for sliding fee scale and care grants Post payments on patient accounts Send out pre-estimates to patients New St. Paul Clinic Hours: Monday
