This Medical Assistant works collaboratively with IHA Hematology Oncology Associates in a 14-chair infusion center at Chelsea Hospital. Schedule:
8am-4:30pm Status Available:
Full-time, benefit eligible (64 hours per pay period
every two weeks) Position Purpose: This Medical Assistant works collaboratively with IHA Hematology Oncology Associates in a 14-chair infusion center at Chelsea Hospital. Required Qualifications: CMA, RMA, CCMA, or NCMA, certification through an NCCA accredited program or is eligible to register to take the exam through one of the approved providers prior to date of hire, and successfully attains CMA, RMA, CCMA, or NCMA certification within 6 months from date of hire.
2 years previous clinical experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
Formal education in medical terminology and anatomy & physiology preferred.
