Administrative Assistant Bookkeeper

PrideStaff is working with a growing organization expanding their offices to Lincoln, CA. This position will report directly to the branch manager providing administrative assistance with bookkeeping, human resources, customer service, and operations. This is a temporary to permanent position. Once hired on directly you will receive excellent benefits and advancement opportunity in an energetic environment. Responsibilities: Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables data entry Assisting Human Resources with administrative duties Payroll administration File management using accounting system Support branch manager with project estimates and proposals as needed Administrative support to supervisors and managers Provide Customer Service to vendors and account managers Maintain office supplies and order as needed Qualifications: Must be bilingual Spanish, no exceptions. Two years office experience performing basic accounting and payroll MS Office Excel intermediate proficiency Detail oriented and capable of working independently or as a team High regards to confidentiality Good communication skills in English and Spanish both written and verbal Benefits (once converted to permanent): Medical: Health, Dental and Vision Paid Holidays, Vacation and Sick leave 401K company match Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $21.00 - $26.00 Per Hour
