As a District Court Clerk, you'll be at the heart of courthouse operations, supporting judges, attorneys, law enforcement, and the public. From preparing notices and processing payments to coordinating schedules and/or assisting with jury services, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that court proceedings run efficiently and fairly. This position is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys clerical work with purpose and variety. What You'll Do: Prepare and process hearing notices, probation appointments, and related court documents. Coordinate scheduling among judges, attorneys, prosecutors, and law enforcement personnel. Receive and record fines, fees, bonds, and other payments using court systems and cash registers. Support jury services by preparing summons, processing attendance, and issuing pay vouchers. Required Minimum Qualifications High school graduate or have a certificate of successful completion of the General Education Development Test. Have at least three (3) years full-time experience in a court system or comparable qualifications that meet the Court Administrator's approval. Pay Range USD $39,085.00 - USD $52,367.00 /Yr.
