The posted compensation range of $15.67 - $22.14/hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law. Responsibilities
Greets and directs the clients and other visitors in a prompt and courteous manner. Utilizes skills to assure satisfied clients. Notifies the providers of client's arrival. Monitors waiting time to ensure the client is seen within 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment time. Communicates a professional attitude with clients, visitors, and other hospital personnel using language and materials based on the consideration of the client's age, cognitive/physical abilities and/or developmental needs. Assures confidentiality of patient and other hospital information. Effectively triage telephone calls and prioritize the needs of the caller. Identify individuals calling in crisis situations and expeditiously connect caller to appropriate clinical personnel. Qualifications
Previous experience in a medical setting preferred. High school graduate or equivalent with specialized training in typing, transcription, medical terminology and record keeping is preferred.
